Osman Danilo Odriguez "Diana" , he is 23 years old and a transsexual commercial sex worker.

Diana lives in a small room from a hotel, where she also takes his clients, its less dangerous than working in the streets of San Pedro Sula.

Some 200 homosexual and transsexual sex workers were murdered between 1991 and 2003.
